3. Coordinate the work
When the scope is confirmed, Pearl coordinates the bathroom-focused remodeling process from demolition through build and tile. Waterproofing, moisture control, ventilation, transitions, and fixture positions are handled as connected parts of the room rather than isolated tasks.
If a permit is required for the scope, Pearl handles the permit process so the work is documented and ready for inspection. Timing depends on the selections, existing conditions, and the requirements for the project.
4. Finish with a walkthrough
The project ends with a final walkthrough and a close look at the details. A focused tub-to-shower conversion can finish within about a week once materials are ready and the scope is confirmed. Full bathroom remodels typically take two to four weeks, depending on the work and selections.
